Post Christmas

Damn it’s been a wild ride. I hate these 2 week school breaks. And I hate these holidays.

My tree went up the day after Thanksgiving. I went the gym, came home and it was up. Might as well decorate………..

Day after Christmas…..Rog went to office………….Tree came down. Disappeared. CHOP CHOP !! K, it was artificial…………still …CHOP CHOP!!

The past two weeks has been a whirlwind……..

We had family pics taken……….got those printed and sent off to family as requested, in time for Xmas…

Did you know !!! Sam’s Club !!! OMG !!! An 11x14 pic is -----$2.87 ????? Holy Crap !!! Reprints for pennies !!!! I am all over THAT !!! Scrapbooking, here I come !!

Santa came and went. The kids are all over the Santa thing, but there had to be a present there anyway. Why not. Christmas is all about kids, right?

Rog got new white shirts for work, I got a new phone. Alexx got a stereo for her room and unlimited texting…Logan got an MP3 player………….Alexx used up 1000+ texts in 2 weeks !!! WHAT THE FUCK DO THEY TALK ABOUT??????

My house has been a revolving door the past 2 weeks. I have seen more kids come and go thru my house than I can keep names on !!! Slumber Parties??? WTF !?! There are nights I got 5 kids sleeping in my house that I KNOW I did NOT give birth to…can’t seem to put names on….and they all seem to feel comfortable calling me “Mom”. I smile inside.

I have made more popcorn than my microwave can keep up with. There were highlights put in hair, acrylic nails put on in a bedroom, glue covered bodies which resulted in community showers to wash off, a baked potato fight in my dining room, and countless nights of scary movies. Which consisted of 4 girls huddled on my couch under one blanket screeching and screaming for 2 hours !!!! Rog was NOT impressed…..but fuck him !! LOL K, didn’t make for great sex……but, I managed. LOL

I have let my kids go pretty much free rein this past week….doing all that I was never allowed to do at that age…..Harmless, giggly, girl fun….Even Logan, my 8 yr old boy enjoy some sleepovers with his friends……..including a girl !!! She spent the night one night and he slept over at her house another………(Mind you, her and her older sister practically live at my house, and they live 2 houses down)

These girls have adopted me as their “other Mom”. They call me “Mom” I find it endearing……..cute……….k, now, go away. LOL

These girls all live on my street so they are like the homeless, they wander from house to house……….eat a meal here, a snack there, movie here and sleep wherever which mom will tolerate them that night. It’s hilarious. I love it !!!

Rog….well, …there was the Bondathon…………yeah. I like James Bond….but come ON!!! A whole week of it???? How about a Brad Pitt-a-thon?????? HELLO??? He’s been good, for the most part…tolerating my Wine-a-thons……………..bored with beer………it’s wine now……………LOL

I’m counting the days till Monday…………….Back to school…….back to routine………….and………………………

IS PRINCESS MARRIED YET ???????????????????????
