Well, Rog's business is getting to be quite the little conglamorate. (did I spell that right?) He purchased a franchise from a company in Jacksonville, by the name of Uneta. It is a web-based company and is really quite the outfit !! That is on the Property Warehouses, Inc. side of the business (He also has an Insurance Warehouses, Inc., Lending Warehouses Inc. and will be starting up a title company in 2006).
Basically, he can buy or sell your house, do your mortgage, insure your new home, (life, auto, and health), and also will help you with your retirement planning.
He is able to hire his own real estate agents and mortgage brokers, and (hopefully) sell them a franchise of Uneta. Whereby, he would of course, collect commissions from the franchises below him.
So far, I think he has --I'm taking a guess here--37 or so realtors/brokers working for him. And two franchise sales to his credit already !
All this excitement adds to the fact that he had to get more office space ! So, by the end of the year he will be moving into his new office complex currently under construction.
